B&B in lovely old farmhouse modernised to the highest standards

The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000.

The accommodation consists of one twin bedded and two double bedded rooms, all of which are en-suite, with colour TV and tea making facilities.

There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.

Ideal for the North Devon beaches and within easy reach of Exmoor & Dartmoor.

The Farm
The farm is a working farm, where beef and cereals are the main enterprises and we also have a horse livery. Half the farm is owned by the Gaia Trust and is farmed with conservation and encouraging wildlife in mind.

For Horse Lovers
For the horse lovers, we provide livery at reasonable rates for anyone wishing to bring their own horse or pony. On the farm there are stabling, arena facilities, and scenic rides. For others there are several pony trekking and riding schools in the area.

The accommodation is a self-contained unit including a comfortable lounge
with television and a music system, a large dining room and fitted kitchen.
Well behaved dogs are welcome

Two double rooms and one room containing bunk beds, all with washbasins, and a bathroom are on the first floor.

There is access to a 1/4 acre private garden with barbecue facilities.

Ample car parking is available in a private courtyard.

Towels and linen are provided. Price includes electric and gas.
