One family bedroom (double and single beds) with en-suite. A separate single room is also available to let in conjunction with the family bedroom to accommodate a family of four.

Directions for guests approaching from M5 via Barnstaple.
On approaching Barnstaple take the A39 Bideford/Bude. At the second roundabout (Roundswell) take the right exit passing BP petrol station on left and Brannams Pottery on right. Cross the next roundabout and you will see Sainsbury's on your right. Take the next left to Holmacott/ Eastleigh. After passing through the traffic calming take the next left. Continue on this road for about 2 miles until you pass under the A39. At the top of the hill on your right is Elders farmhouse.
