December 15th 1898
A meeting of the Parish Council was held in the vestry room at 7-30pm. Present
Mr Major Winter vice chairman in the chair, Messrs Anstey, J Easterbrook, W.A.
Easterbrook, Joslin, C. Pidler, W. Pidler and Turner
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The list of persons who received the Joan Tucker's Charity Money last year was
produced and revised. It was resolved on the motion of Mr W.A. Easterbrook
seconded by Mr C. Pidler that the list of persons entitled to receive the same
this year 33 in number should be placed at the church and chapel doors and the
money distributed by the Clerk at the vestry room in sums os 1s - 5d each and
a cheque was drawn for this amount.
