Dear Mr England
I have seen Mr Haines concerning the Tithe Map. He is quite willing to give it
upon receiving a notification from Mr Burch, Cathedral Exeter, who is the
Ecclesiastical Authority under the Bishop. So that if the Chairman of the P.C.
will draft a letter for you it only requires a penny stamp to have it handed
over.
Yours truly
George Winter
