Appledore & Instow Regatta
Appledore & Instow Regatta 2004
The
annual Regatta is to be held on 8 August 2004. Sailing and rowing
events will take place from the Instow Beach. For information on the

In conjunction with the Regatta, the Instow Fun Day will take place on
the beach. Sand castle competition, races, face painting, bouncy castle,
and treasure hunt will be some of the activities for the children. There
will also be food available with a BBQ on the beach featuring hamburger
